Payment for your scrap vehicle is made via secure bank transfer at the point of collection. The agreed amount will be transferred to your nominated UK bank account before or at the time the vehicle is taken. We do not make cash payments.

Once your vehicle has been collected and processed at a licensed Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF), we will notify the DVLA on your behalf and arrange for a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) to be issued. This is your legal proof that the vehicle has been scrapped and that you are no longer responsible for it.
Until the CoD is issued, you remain the registered keeper of the vehicle. You must not insure or tax the vehicle after collection. If the vehicle is on a public road awaiting collection, you are legally responsible for ensuring it is taxed or has a valid SORN declaration.
